Steam saunas

Temperature up to 100 °C and up to 80 °C, humidity 50–90%.

Saunas with high temperature and low humidity.

Drizzling water on the heater can increase the temperature and humidity for a short time.

Sauna steam restores and cleans cells and helps the body get rid of waste. The sauna has a positive effect on the heart and blood vessels. Going to the sauna regularly is good for the whole body as it strengthens the immune system and helps to maintain mental balance.

After going to the sauna, you can cool down in the winter room or shock your body by pouring cold water on yourself from the bucket.

Juniper sauna

Temperature up to 75 °C, humidity 50–80%.
Natural juniper wood is used in the sauna. The sauna is perfect for relaxation and for strengthening the whole body.
Water is not drizzled on the heater in this sauna.

Salt stone sauna

Temperature up to 45 °C, humidity 20–40 %.
Sauna with low temperature and humidity.
Himalayan salt rock is used in one wall. Himalayan salt is good for respiratory diseases. This sauna is perfect for relaxing and admiring the illuminated pink salt stones.

Steam aroma sauna

Temperature up to 45 °C, humidity 100%.
Sauna with low temperature and high humidity.
The sauna is good for some respiratory and skin diseases and provides relief for joint problems. The seasonal aroma is relaxing and creates a calm atmosphere. Winter aromas (menthol and eucalyptus) are good for the respiratory system.

Aroma Saunas

Temperature up to 55 °C, humidity 50–80%.
The aroma sauna is perfect for relaxing. It creates a calm atmosphere and lifts the spirit. It is energising and helps to strengthen the immune system.
Water is not drizzled on the heater in this sauna.

 

Sanarium

Temperature up to 55 °C, humidity 25–55%.
The colourful sanarium creates a pleasant atmosphere and lifts the spirit.
Sauna Yoga trainings take place in the sanarium.
