The service provider has the right to unilaterally change the terms and conditions of the loyalty card at any time.

The gold card of the Aura Centre is a personal visitor card valid for one year from the date of its activation. The holder of the card must be at least 18 years old. The card is personalised on the basis of an ID-card of the Republic of Estonia. The holder of the card can use the main services of the water centre (swimming pool, water park, sauna centre, water gymnastics training) without limitations during the opening hours of the centre (except for large-scale competitions or bookings made for the whole building). During the summer period, the Aura Centre is closed for one month (usually July). The validity of the gold card will not be extended by this period. If the lockers are sold out, the gold card holder will get the first available key.

Procedure for ordering and using the gold card:

• To apply for a gold card, you must fill out the appropriate form at the reception.
• The gold card fee (in accordance with the price list) can be paid in cash or with a bank card at the reception or by transfer to the current account of OÜ Tartu Veekeskus based on a pre-ordered invoice.
• The card will be activated no later than 5 p.m. on the next working day after payment. The card becomes valid from the date of activation.
• The holder of the gold card must present their ID-card to the reception each time they visit the water centre.
• When staying in the building, follow the house rules (available on site and on the website).
• In order to receive the gold card seniority discount, the holder of the card must extend its validity within 2 weeks of the expiry of the previous card.
• It is not possible to suspend the validity period of the gold card, terminate it prematurely, or transfer it to another person.

The silver card of the Aura Centre is a personal visitor card valid for six months from the date of its activation. The holder of the card must be at least 18 years old. The card is personalised on the basis of an ID-card of the Republic of Estonia. The holder of the card can use the main services of the water centre (swimming pool, water park, sauna centre, water gymnastics training) without limitations during the opening hours of the centre (except for large-scale competitions or bookings made for the whole building and maintenance and repair work). The validity of the silver card is extended by the time the centre is closed due to repair works.

• The silver card fee (in accordance with the price list) can be paid in cash or with a bank card at the reception or by transfer to the current account of OÜ Tartu Veekeskus based on a pre-ordered invoice.
