Rules of conduct for visitors of the Aura Centre during the COVID-19 outbreak

COVID-19 is an infectious disease that spreads via respiratory droplets. To prevent the spread of the virus and to prevent getting sick, please follow the rules below:

  • Visit the Aura Centre in good health.
  • If you suffer from a respiratory infection similar to COVID-19 (sore throat, mild runny nose, cough, etc.), please do not visit the Aura Centre.
  • Visitors who suffer from any symptoms of illness suggestive of COVID-19 (cough, runny nose, fever, headache, etc.) are not allowed in the centre.
  • If you are required to self-isolate because you have been diagnosed with COVID-19 or because you have been in close contact with a person who has been diagnosed with COVID-19, please do not visit the Aura Centre.
  • Employees of the Aura Centre have the right to ask visitors with symptoms and visitors who are required to self-isolate to leave the premises without refunding the ticket.
  • We ask you to not visit the Aura Centre for 14 days upon arrival from a high-risk country. Information on restriction on freedom of movement can be found on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
  • Keep a distance of 2 metres with other visitors in the centre.
  • When choosing a locker, pick one that has no other visitors nearby.
  • Use the locker room and shower room purposefully and be as quick as possible (it is recommended to spend no more than 10 minutes in the locker room and no more than 5 minutes in the shower room).
  • If you notice that there are a lot of people in the locker room, find a place to wait or do other activities and come back later.
  • When using services, follow the information signs and notices (e.g. about the maximum number of people allowed in saunas and hot tubs, recommended time limits, etc.)
  • Use a towel or paper sauna towel for sitting in a sauna.
  • Wash or disinfect your hands after touching frequently used surfaces (e.g. door handles).
  • If you notice a violation of the precautionary rules by another visitor, please draw their attention to it and notify an employee of the centre.

PERSONS WITH SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19 ARE NOT PERMITTED TO USE THE SERVICES OF THE AURA CENTRE. PERSONS WHO IN THE LAST 14 DAYS PRIOR TO THE VISIT HAVE BEEN IN CLOSE CONTACT WITH A PERSON WHO HAS BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH COVID-19 AND PERSONS WHO ARE REQUIRED TO SELF-ISOLATE ARE NOT PERMITTED TO USE THE SERVICES OF THE AURA CENTRE.
